I have a few points I would like to discuss with your good selves, and your kind comments would be much appreciated.
1. Previous order - the following comments were raised, kindly comment if it is possible to rectify/adjust these issues in the next order :
     a.  Expiry  Date : clearly stamped on all products individually (pcs) .
        This issue is in the process of looking for a way out. Since we also sell the tissue product in our local market, it's not easy to change or put some text in the design. That expiry date also will affect the sales figure. in fact for tissue products, there is no limit expired, it depends on the quality of your warehouse and storage.
Another way is that we make a special design for you, so that we can add the expiry date as you requested (won't affect our local market). But to do this, we need you to pay cash deposit packaging.  Production and Expirey Date are a mandatory requirement by the Sudanese Standard and Measurement Organization, on all products entering Sudan, it has nothing to do with our warehouse or storing facility. I shall append the complete MOH/SSMO requirement in a later email to you. However, it doesnt have to be embeded in the design of the packaging, it can stamaped on the sku's after production.         a. Toilet Tissue  - do you have a 2ply configuration that is below 100 pcs per carton ?
        Actually, in PASEO we don't have any 2 ply which below 100 pcs, but we have in another brand, such as LIVI. If you don't mind I will send the quotation.  OK.
       b. Kitchen Towels - is there different sheet sizes and does it come in Rolls only or do you have Sheet packing as well?
        We have towel product in folded. Will give you the quotation include wet tissue & toilet roll - Awaiting Quotation
